Comments: In our simulation, in the first cycle, this strain cannot bud until mass=9.3, and it divides at mass 13.5 (after 10, the cell is considered inviable). Moreover, the mass gets even bigger in the second cycle, then it arrests. We conclude that the mutant is inviable.
